The sandblasting workshop has a 16-nozzle automatic sandblasting line with a production capacity of 8000-10000pcs/D, also including an automatic rolling sandblasting machine and a manual sandblasting machine

The purpose of sandblasting is to form a physical roughness struture on the plastic surface which will improve the adhesive performance between the coating and the substrate.

The plating line is an automatic production line, which can be used for electroless copper or nickel plating

at the same time, The production capacity is 8000-12000pcs/D

Plating purpose: To form copper or nickel layer on the plastics surface-this coating will be used as the conductive layer.

There are six sets of six-axis 3D radium engraving machines and four sets three-axis radium engraving machines

Radium carving purpose: Cut the metal layer to form an independent pattern.

Automatic electro-plating line(copper&tin), production capacity is 8000-10000pcs/D base on 150mm*450mm size

Electroplating purpose:

The reserved pattern will be plated by copper via electroplating to increase the coating thickness, rest area will be stripped by chemical to obtain a needed pattern, then the tin or nickel or silver coating will be plated to get the final products.

We carefully inspect the products after each step in the process and conduct testing on the finished products.
