Base Station Antenna

Our 5G Massive MIMO antenna dipoles are manufactured using a one-step process during the POP (Plating on Plastics)process. The resulting product is much more lightweight than traditional antennas. PPS resin is modified by adding special fillers. It has controllable dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, ultra-high fluidity, high pliability, and the ability to reach halogen-free flame-retardant V-0 level.

GNSS Antenna

GNSS L1/L2/L5 plastic antennas use PPO materials and have a Dk value 2.5-16 with high gain. It combines GNSS, 4G, WIFI and Bluetooth antennas in one. It has the advantages of being light weight, consistent, and stable in Dk values.

Slotted Waveguide Antenna

The latest technical solution in the 4D millimeter wave radar is the use of PPS plastic metallized slotted waveguide antenna, which has less loss, can provide more information, strong anti-interference ability, and far ranging.

Special Antenna

It works across high-temperature, high-pressure, strong vibration environments. and the antenna of conformal structure. The PPO/PPS plastic antenna has the advantages of high Dk to reduce the antenna size, low Df loss (thousandth), and low cost of ultra-thick size.

EMC

New energy vehicles have brought EMC problems caused by batteries, motors, etc., and metal shell solutions are currently used. The industry is developing engineering plastics with metallization to achieve weight loss.

Terminal Antenna

The terminal antenna adopts PPO material with Dk value 2.65, easy commissioning, light weight, high precision, low loss, high reliability.
